Your child’s education is very important to us. We understand that, sometimes, unexpected events can occur leading you to make adjustments. If you need to modify or cancel your class registration, we respectfully request at least two days notice before the first class begins.
Our Policy:
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than two days before the first class begins will result in a $20 administration charge. The amount of the charge will be equal to 20% of the registered class price or $20, whichever is more.
- A full refund is provided if cancellation occurs two days after the first class. A $20 administration fee or 20% of the price of the class, whichever is more will be charged.
- A 50% refund is provided if cancellation occurs a maximum of two days after the second class. No administration fee will be charged.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the administration fee may be applied to future services.
